ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - Mary Toale Lukachik, 65, died Tuesday (April 18, 2006) at home.She was born Oct. 21, 1940, in Galesburg.
Surviving are her children, Sue Clendenen, Lynne (and Dale) Szymkowski, K. Kouvelis, and Colleen (and John) Martoccio; two brothers, Charlie Kozarski and Phil Kozarski; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Elegy Cremation and Memorial Services, Arlington Heights, is in charge of arrangements.
